ORDERS & SHIPPING

What are the delivery times for your products?

We require 1 to 4 days to process your order, followed by 5 to 9 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide*, except to the United States.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. If you do not receive any tracking information within 5 days after placing your order, please contact us by email at: info@faramys.com.

Some items are missing from my order. What happened?

Our products may be shipped separately, depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two separate deliveries. The remaining items will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please send us a photo of the damaged item, along with a description of the damage, to the following email address: info@faramys.com. We will do our best to find a suitable solution.

I still haven’t received my order. Why is it taking so long?

We sincerely apologize for the delay. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance or other logistical factors.
Additionally, recent changes in international trade regulations, including tariff measures (such as those introduced under the Trump administration), may cause delays in cross-border shipments.

For this reason, we provide a tracking service that allows you to follow your order in real time. Please also note that current special circumstances may further affect delivery times.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online orders. If you still wish to request a refund, we can of course proceed with it, provided that the request is made within 30 days of the order date and that the product(s) in question are not on sale or promotional.

International Shipping Considerations

We aim to ship worldwide; however, certain regions may be excluded due to logistical challenges or customs regulations. If your location is affected, we will notify you by email.

Additional Fees

Please note that your country’s customs authorities may impose additional fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
